8 oz Salmon filet (or Icelandic char)

* wash, de-bone, coat with olive oil
* sprinkle kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (sometimes I leave off the last two)
* bake 12-13 minutes at 350 depending on thickness
